Jets vs Dolphins - Trouble ahead or Rex Ryan Conspiracy

Things don't seem to be going well for the New York Jets.  They weren't able to clinch the AFC east against the Patriots last week, and on Monday they couldn't even hold their own against the Dolphins.  The beating that the Jets took from the Patriots was hard to recover from, as hard as it would be for any team in that situation.  I, along with many other people thought Monday would be an easy win for the Jets.  Lets be honest, the Dolphins aren't too great of a team.  However, the Jets haven't been playing too great lately either.

As most of you know the final score of the game was 10-6 Dolphins. The game started off pretty bad with a few big turnovers by the Jets.  The score was then 10-3 for the longest time.  As soon as the rain started pouring down the only thing that ensued was chaos.  Turnovers were made by both teams every 2 minutes.  The one chance that the Jets had to get back in the game was a touchdown pass to Holmes who was wide open in the end zone.  Unfortunately the ball slipped right out of his hands, when it should have been an easy catch.  I'll give Holmes the benefit of the doubt and say it was the rain.  But either way I won't blame the game on Sanchez.  If anything it was his offensive line who was sucking it up.  I mean how many times does this guy have to dodge a tackle or break free from a grab.  I even thought he had it during the Jets' last offensive play, but one of the Dolphins had a good hold of his foot.  Anyway the Jets are now 9-4 which is still not bad, but I know they could do better.  Which leads me to my next point...

The Jets are the best team in the game right now.  A 40 point loss against the Patriots just didn't seem right to me.  And even this loss against the Dolphins, one of the worst teams around, led me to believe that something is going on.  So Steve joking said to me that the Jets have been losing on purpose.  For a second I thought that was stupid, but after seeing these two games, and knowing that the Jets are the best; I wouldn't put it past  Rex Ryan.  He even recently went so far as disguise himself as the Brown's defensive coach who is also coincidentally his twin brother:
Impostor
I believe Rex will do whatever it takes to lead the Jets to victory.  Despite being one of the best teams in the league, the Jets are also one of the most clutch teams out there.  Most of the last wins were either made during overtime, or during the very end of the game.  The Jets seem to perform well under pressure, Sanchez in particular seems to make some of the biggest plays on the 3rd downs near the end of the game.  However, this was definitely not the case with the last two games.  So it only makes sense that the Jets have been throwing the games on purpose.

The only way I can see the Jets winning the super bowl is if they are the underdog team.  They were the underdogs least year and almost made it to the end.  If they won every game like the assholes known as the Patriots it would be much harder to win, as was the case when the Giants stole the super bowl from them a few years ago.  I believe, and I am not alone, that Rex has been ordering his team to go on a losing streak to help them regain the title of the underdog.  If they had beat the Patriots there would have been no way they could have reclaimed that title.  And while it sounds crazy I think Rex' plan will work. The Jets will get the wildcard, fans and haters will be doubtful of their success, and the Jets will steal the super bowl out from under everyone's noses.  The Jets are the ultimate underdog team.  Without that title they are nothing, with that title they are a green force to be reckoned with.  God Bless America, God Bless John G,  and God Bless the New York Jets.
Nice
